Old Court House, Horncastle

We have just been granted listed building consent to begin works on our latest project. The conversion of a listed courthouse to 3 flats with communal garden and parking areas. More images coming soon.

The Coach House Development- Redbourne Hall

The Coach House is a Grade 2 Star listed building located within the grounds of Redbourne Hall, Redbourne, Gainsborough. The property was acquired by Myton Gate Property and is currently undergoing extensive development work.

Redbourne Hall is set within 300 acres of private park land, and was formally the home of the Duke of St Albans.

The Coach House was known to have served as a large kitchen area within the grounds, and boasts many original features such as spectacular large lunette windows. These lunette windows are thought to have been the design work of Lews Cubitt - The Architect involved in the design of Grade 1 Listed Kings Cross Station in London in the 1830's.

The approved design is for a 2 bedroom property which will feature a 1st floor Mezanine area. This development has involved extensive consultation with English Heritage resulting in only pre approved materials being granted permission for use.

The development was completed in August 2014.
