We have one room available on Grove Street, which is just off Beverley Rd. Situated close to the University, Princes Avenue and Newland Avenue.

The room offers a double bed with mattress, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, with window and floor coverings.

The house has a good sized kitchen with an oven & hob, a washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer.

The ground floor bathroom has a wash hand basin, separate shower cubicle and WC. There is also a bathroom with bath, WC and shower on the first floor.

All bills plus internet are included!

Cleaners visit the property weekly to attend to the communal areas and our maintenance team are on hand should any repairs be required.

To move in you will need your first 4 weeks rent of £240 plus a £70 admin fee. This covers drawing up of contracts and tenant referencing. No deposit required.
