  We have rented through Myton Gate Property for over 6 years and we couldn’t recommend them enough. From start to finish they have been nothing but helpful, friendly and professional. They arranged a viewing outside of working hours for our convenience, the application process was very easy and straight forward. Around a year in we had a very bad water leak unknown to us as it was under the floor with no signs until it lifted the floor. We called Gareth and the next day someone came down to fix the leak and within a few days of the initial phone call we had new flooring in the hallway, kitchen and bathroom! Last year in the middle of winter the boiler broke down and after an out of hours call a plumber was sent out to us within 2 hours to fix the problem. Having 3 children in a house with no heating or hot water was a real worry, but we needn’t have worried! Last month the wind managed to take hold of one of the back patio doors and crack the glass, I messaged our Landlord Mark, who despite us moving out in 6 weeks time offered to have the doors replaced. We said there was no need as it wasn’t dangerous, it’s winter we don’t use the back doors and we were moving out he still insisted and sent out someone to replace the glass for us. We are having to move due to needing an extra bedroom now our children our older and only when looking at new houses did we realise how cheap our rent was! Mark hasn’t put our rent up in the 6 years that we have lived here, it was easily £200+ per month under priced due to the increased in rent over the years. We have applied for a few houses over the last couple of weeks and have had no issues getting a reference from the office, we have a dog which has posed a problem with some properties we have applied for and both Mark and Gareth have offered to give a separate reference for the dog in order to help us. As mentioned earlier, I would not hesitate in recommending Myton Gate Property to anyone. Both Mark and Gareth are absolutely lovely, nothing has ever been too much trouble. Thank you for the past 6 years.
