We cannot say enough great things about Myton Gate Property - we rent an absolutely beautiful apartment that has been renovated to such high standards. Any queries we have sent have been resolved within days - nothing is too much trouble. For example, the wine chiller stopped working, and within days of reporting it an engineer visited to take a look. It couldn't easily be repaired so the next day a new one was ordered and within a week was installed! The building we are in is a Grade 2 listed building and Myton Gate really take care of maintaining it. The rent is great value as well. We honestly cannot believe our luck at finding this property but the fact that it is managed by such a great company just makes it even better! We honestly cannot recommend Myton Gate enough!

All repairs and maintenance issues are seen to in a timely manner, and they have always been up to date with their gas safety checks. I can certainly recommend.  

  I have been with Mytongate Property for quite a long while, now and during my time with them I have found them to be very professional and efficient in meeting the needs of the tenant. They are friendly and very much approachable, and have often gone out of their way to help me with any problems or repairs etc. Health & safety are paramount to them, which i found very reassuring. I once had an issue with a squirrel climbing into my roof, which disturbed me and kept me awake, and so much respect to them, within a very short time span, they had cladding fitted outside, which kept the squirrels abay. They are so approachable, professional and easy to talk to. When contacting them regarding maintenance, repairs or other issues relating to the property, they have always been efficient and quick to respond.   This is a good company to get property from. Very responsive and quite involved in ensuring you're satisfied. Our landlord is quite approachable and very willing to tend to every REASONABLE request. The property we rented was well refurbished to satisfaction. Not long after moving in the boiler broke down and within a few days of informing MGP, a brand new boiler was installed. I also complained about the refrigerator in the property and a whole new refrigerator was delivered. Amazing really! Very polite and prompt to reply too. I recommend
